Financial Protection & Peace of Mind

When you book accommodation together with an airport or resort transfer in a single booking, those services form a package under Spanish law and we are the organiser of it. That means we are responsible to you for every travel service in the package, and you have the traveller rights that Spanish package-travel law gives you.

A booking of accommodation on its own, or of a transfer on its own, is not a package. Section 15 of our Terms and Conditions sets out the detail, including the insolvency security that applies to packages.
